Focus:

 

The Role of CBOs and the youth in immunisation and vaccines

Key Message:

·         The project aims at empowering people who make decisions about immunisation. CBOs and the youth can play an important role in influencing decisions taken by members of their communities.

Key discussion points:

NOTE: The program starts with airing a recorded exclusive interview with Sylvester Luwemba, a youth volunteer at Lundu Health Center.  He speaks about the role of young people in vaccines and immunisation. Conducted by Marcfarlane, the interview also features the project’s theme song. Titled ‘One4All” the contemporary reggae piece was composed and performed by Sylvester under his stage name, Cvio. It features Sasha, a female backing vocalist.
